2016p error dime? 1989 error dime? I’m not sure if they are.

    The 2016 looks like it may have been heated which caused distortion at the surface.
    The other one I can not see well enough to comment on.

    The previous guys are right. The 2016 was exposed to high heat and the 89 is heavily scratched. Neither is a mint error

    Nothing in the minting of coins would cause anything like that. Damaged after it left the Mint.
