Did you pack your detector??? We were down there last month and had a great time. Watch out tho, the panhandlers are everywhere.

I wanted a break from detecting but now I'm regretting it. I know about the panhandlers.. I have been here about a dozen times in my life. My family lives in Fajardo!

A beauty! I am waiting for either an obverse or a reverse missing a clad layer for a Kennedy half dollar and an Eisenhower dollar. Been over a year and haven't seen one for sale anywhere on any site.

 

A CT member found a Kennedy with the Reverse Clad missing in a Mint sewn bag. He had it certified but he hasn't been on CT for a few months now.

I have seen an Ike with a missing clad.. Very rare!

 

I remember Chris posted it. Was a nice one. I would make him an offer for sure

 

Are you sure that's not environmental damage(just joking) nice coin.
