    Agreed. Edit: at first, I thought it was excess metal on the word God.

    I just grabbed a higher magnification loupe and it’s not extra metal.

    I got over excited thinking there was excess metal on the coin. After stepping away and thinking it through, it’s clearly just a bunch of cool laminations. I just wish it was in better shape.

    Neat find.....got to love snagging a coin as such out of the wild. Then you ask yourself how many others noticed the coin yet...didn't question any of its issues? Just spent it keeping it in the stream till you!

    I wonder how many people don’t even look at their change when they get it. Heck, most people probably don’t even count it for accuracy.
