Cool coin

I found this coin a while back. It is super smooth on the obverse side but feels normal on the reverse. I really do believe I've found something unique. Anyone have any ideas what it is?

yup it's called PMD post mint damage. looks like someone had fun with a grinder/dremel tool.

 

I agree damage to much time on there hands.

Looks cool.. But it's not unique..
Someone or some people out there creating these damaged coins.
Why?.. Boredom, hatred for Cents.. Only the person that created it knows
