No, it most certainly has not, at least by someone with even modest competence. You've a circulated coin that's quite obviously been cleaned, sir. Nothing more or less.
I DONT KNOW. THATS WHY I AM TRYING TO FIND SOMEONE TO HELP ME. I FOUND ALL THESE COINS THAT BELONG TO MY GRANDPA WHO PASS AND SOMEONE SAID IT HAS I DONT KNOW I DONT KNOW COINS I AM SORRY
I am trying to help you. No offense, but what some nameless case says/claims is utterly meaningless compared to what I can see with my own eyes. Sometimes we have higher hopes for coins than they deserve. We've all been through it and there's no shame.
@steven1972. Sorry, but your coin is isn't worth much. You could probably buy something in that condition at a coin show or coin shop for about $1-2. It's not MS60 because it has some wear. Also, it looks like it has been cleaned at some point (maybe not by you, but someone did). That really drops the value. Many of the replies to your post are from knowledgeable, experienced collectors. Whoever wrote that email, is not very experienced in grading coins Finally, as a friendly reminder, please drop the ALL CAPS posts. Thanks
