I got this in with a bunch of Civil War and Hard Times Tokens a few months back. Anyone have any ideas? It is Brass(95% Copper, 5% Zinc), weighs 2.9 grams, and is 21.3mm.

Any help just identifying it would be greatly appreciated.

I am from Columbia South Carolina. The figure on the reverse looks strangely familiar to some coin/token/imagery that seems to have been affiliated or attached with the state. Let me do some looking here.

This was the image that I was thinking of. It is the reverse of the South Carolina Sesquicentennial commemorative half dollar. And I have seen this image portrayed in other places in the state. I bet you have a token struck in Columbia South Carolina. Couldn't tell you much more than that.

Doing a bit more digging, I found it is a Canadian Farthing token from sometime in the 19th century.

Sorry, posting that took forever. Found it a couple minutes ago but had internet issues.
