    Obverse is damaged and I don't see anything in the circled area of the reverse.

    I agree all I see is a damaged coin.

    The obverse was probably run over by a car. I see plenty of pennies like that in parking lots, but keep it, because it's an old wheat penny, and they're always cool to keep.
