It's a normal wide AM (1992 CAM cents are very rare) and the doubling on the obverse looks like a worn die strike to me, not a doubled die.
The date is showing classic DDD - Die Deterioration Doubling. Worthless doubling and Nothing to do with a true Doubled Die variety.
One of these days I'm going to open one of these threads and actually see the variety or error that the OP says it is....
