Hey all! Not sure if this is an Broadstrike or Off Center strike or just environmental damage of some sort. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thx!

    Pardon my intrusion. :D

Looks like a misaligned die on the obverse. (MAD)

The reverse looks like a lamination error to me but what do I know I'm a newbie

The reverse looks normal to me except for that the coin is bent. Can you point out where you see the lamination?

Thanks!!! I get the MAD over the off center strike. Since the back doesnt appear to have the same smudging. Thanks for the feedback.

Thanks! I'm even more of a newbie, this coin is baffling me. There is a mark on his neck looks like a p and by his ear looks like a scratch or something. Then the top right on his head looks like a 1 and 7 and then another mark by the rim. I need a microscope, my magnifier isn't cutting it lol.

Agree with SilverDollar2017...MAD. Additionally, there is substantial wearing of both sides and the bent part already mentioned. The wear and PMD limit the coin to face value.

Learning to post good, clear pictures is a skill, and can get expensive. Some members use cameras, or USB microscopes or their cell phones. The trick is finding what works for you without spending too much. Whatever you choose, here are some tips to post good pics...

Take pics of the entire coin, both sides and crop the excess borders. Then take a close up of the area on the coin you are asking your question about. Make sure they are in-focus. When you create your post, use "full image" for each pic. Thumbnails have their place and use, but the larger the pic allows members to see details better.

This helps all forum members to help you and you will get better response to your post. I look forward to seeing what you find. Do not hesitate to ask for advice, we all have tons to share if you are willing to learn. That's why we're here, after all...Good hunting...Spark

The coin is damaged, and isn't an error of any type, imo.

The 'mis-aligned' obv. appears to be a flattened rim from the
    damage.
