1955-P DDO Cent - Fake or not, what do you think?

    I agree, (ebay auction #220182392038) it certainly doesn't look right. The pictures are lousy, but it certainly doesn't look right to me and the entire date is at a crazy angle compared to the rest of the obverse.

    What is it that you're focusing on?

    That coin screams counterfeit, look at the date and the S, this guy has 17 feedback and already got ripped...you think he'll be back after his first coin show/club meeting etc. after showing that thing around? He'll be spooked and so will everybody who hears his story....All for 1 crook to profit ???

    i even email this seller. wtf. not even my 4 year old daughter would think that was legit. the chin, nose looks like a clown almost. not to mention its a new Accented hair variety. I hate sellers like this.

    Nothing looks right with that cent. The imports from China are way too common.

    that coin almost looks like one of those play money coins you can get at the store. there is probaly a stamp on back of that coin that says COPY. :rolleyes:

    Yeah and the person that won it, gave the Seller Positive Feedback with "???" as the comment! Go figure! If these folks don't Neg., report these folks or file disputes, then these type of Sellers will continue to get away with robbery.
