    Hello everyone!
Yesterday when I received the change after doing some shopping I found a quarter of 1977, which I took a picture with the camera of my cell phone to present to you to see what they think and if they notice something in the currency and if they recommend me to clean it. I appreciate all the comments. 1977.jpg 1977.jpg

At first, I thought it was peeling lamination, yet from what I can see, those are scratches, and, as paddyman98 notes, environmental damage.

I told you in your second thread it's from Zorro. No need to double post.

I have been comparing my 25 cents coin with another coin that I have in silver and I think that the damaged half of the coin in my post was struck with part of a silver plate, I comment on the texture of the coin and the deterioration in the silver is different from nickel which corrosion creates many pores to nickel and in silver that does not happen.
