Of course its would be worth more than face, simply by silver content. In regular condition it would be worth $1-$2, and in your condition, ungraded (assuming it was AU), it could be worth $4 -$5. Based on your pic., I don't think you can get the FS designation , the steps would have to be absolutely perfect. But it is a spectacular specimen for its age, & as noted in the previous responses, is definitely worth more than 5 cents. I think @Legoman1 nailed it!
