    Hello all,
I decided to leave my Dad's collection packed as I have decided to relocate and that is going to require my focus at the moment! I really appreciate your thoughts and experiences and I agree, Dad spent years adding to his collection. In adulthood, I remember him looking through his collection, I remember him showing me new pieces. So yes, it is important I understand his collecting style. I think in the end, I will sell most and keep what strikes my fancy. I have plenty of time so after organizing and researching, I will post pics and descriptions here and hopefully whoever sells it all for me will find a buyer who collects what is offered. Thanks Randy, Spirityoda, Collector42, Desertgem, Seattlite86, Collectingnut, Juris Klavins, Cheech9712, Poot and Spirit for good direction, C A T

Inspector43 More than 75 Years Active Collecting

This is a good topic. I am a father to 6, a grandfather to 13 and a great grandfather to 17. With 70 years worth of very active coin and stamp collecting I am trying to plan for where this all goes, and how. It's not easy. Children today have too many other interests and I would like my life's work to at least get some respect and attention. The coin collecting community does have a challenge to get young people involved or it will die.

CoinCorgi Well, butter my butt and call me a biscuit!

I plan on not dying. We'll see how that works out, but that's my plan.
