    d_lairson Looking for loose change

I need help IDing these two world notes.

The first is from India, the reserve bank of India. My My standard catalog only goes up to 2005 and this note is not included. There is a note that looks a lot like this one, but some of the features have been changed (the numeral 10, instead of TEN, and others). The note that is in the catalog has a value of $100 or something, so I don't know if this is a more recent issue, or a counterfeit.

This other note is completely unknown to me. The seal leads me to think its a south-east asian country (one that was/or is communist). Also the thematic elemenets, tanks, troops, textile machines, also give it a asian flavor. Have a look and let me know what you think.

    Thanks,
    David
