They come in different styles and values.. Here is one close to it but only with a value of 50

Yes, I found a half dozen of those in a bulk lot I purchased last year. Too many kids here though.

 

They actually are adult video machine tokens the flipping is wishful thinking on the part of the seller that you keep at less one to impress your friends. it is easier to change the number and value of a token, rather than the coin-op mechs since they stared out as a $1.00 each and now are fast approaching $10.00 bucks for the live peep shows. I have a number of variations of designs on obverse and reverse. And they also come in male versions as well as the female ones.
