1937 Hobo nickel.

    I just acquired my first Hobo Nickel. Or maybe its a Hippie Nickel.
    ether way I think it is a fun coin to have. I wish there was a way to attribute it to an artist. Post a Hobo if you want.

    When I went to the Philadelphia US Mint the gift shop there sold Hobo Nickels. I didn't buy one but thought it was interesting.
    (They don't allow pictures to be taken anywhere inside the Mint so I don't have the proof)
