1992D doubled die penny???

    Maybe? Taking a picture with an iPhone as to difficult on reverse side. Coin was too “shiny” lol

    The doubling you see is due to Die Deterioration. Common issue on Copper Plated Zinc Cents.. Just my opinion.

    ...also called "ghost doubling" because it's basically one dimensional, nearly flat or even with the field surface, like a shadow.
    Unlike the commonly sought after double die, which is three dimensional.
