A rupee a day will keep the doldrums away, look for another tomorrow... Here is one of my favorite Indian coins. It has a nice Pagan looking sunshine face. Tell me what you think, it's about the size and weight of a quarter with interesting shapes along the edge.. Take Care Ben

A very nice looking Indian coin Ben, Congratulations!. And great to see you back in this forum, we almost lost you to the darkside coins How is your Bust half collection growing? I love the sun face on this Indore state coin. The date on this coin is AH 1180 (i.e. AD 1766) which makes it last year coin of Maharaja Malhar Rao Holkar, founder of Holker dynasty. Indore was a central Indian state. Regards, Ballabh Garg
