These are misaligned die strikes correct?

How much could one possibly go for? I know the grading of it effects it. But these are Minor ones. Let me know and are these worth even to keep?

I don't think those will bring a premium.

In general, they have to look '3% Off Center'
on the obv., or more, before there is any collector
interest.

Coins are the result of a manufacturing process,
and when you're striking hundreds of thousands
of widgets, or more, there will be anomalies.

And, the Mint's job isn't to make perfect coinage -
it's to produce coins for commerce, not collectors.
