It’s worth 1 cent. I’m not sure what you thought might make it worth more (feel free to explain), but I see nothing out of the ordinary.

I'd venture to guess it's worth 1 cent.
you may want to create your own thread about it and include nice clear pictures.

 

Create a new thread by clicking the "Forums" tab, and pick the appropriate section, and click the "Post New Thread" button. Be sure to include pictures of the obverse and reverse (front and back) sides of the coin as well as a picture of it on the scale showing the weight. Also, upload images as full size.

Perhaps it's not a 1980 and you read the date wrong. That happens.
Perhaps it is very circulated and worn, and it weighs less.
Without photos there's no way to tell.
