Interesting start... a few carefully chosen additions and you can claim it was all intentional For example, add a Walker Half and a Kennedy Bi-Centennial (both circulated) and you have a "Circulated Half Dollars of the Twentieth Century" Collection. But it's YOUR collection and if it makes YOU happy, that's ALL that matters. Bleep the nay-sayers.
Better to start with inexpensive stuff from circulation while you learn more about the hobby what you're interested in. You're far ahead of those who collect by buying, or worse, subscribing to overpriced stuff on TV or magazine ads without having a clue what they're doing. You're also networked with a support group here if you have questions down the road.
