Very common to find nice looking 55S. They were hoarded because it was supposed to be the last year that San Fran made business strikes.
Looks like a die chip. Also, it’s way more helpful for you to say what you think you see instead of just “any ideas?”. We all have plenty of “ideas”.
Keep in mind very minor doubling isn't something most find significant enough to warrant any real premium, but doesn't matter if something that interests you personally. It's also usually a good idea to photograph coins outside of flips since it gives the clearest image for the viewer. This aside, I can't see anything other than what Furry already addressed.
