Metal Detecting - 1876 IHC - Tokens - Elongated Cents

    Hi all,
    In continuation with my earlier thread from today.. I had a pretty good Metal Detecting hunt at Coney Island's Brighton Beach. 6 hour Hunt to be exact.
    Here are my totals
    25C - 31 each
    10C - 22 each
    5C - 17 each
    1C - 67 each
    Indian Head Cent - 1 dated 1876
    Hindu Token (I think)
    Vintage NYC Subway Token
    2 - NYC Aquarium Elongated Cents
    4 - Misc Metal

    That's a long day for detecting. At least the weather was nice. And what a haul. You would make a good commercial for selling detectors.

    Paddy, after looking at that beach picture again all I can think of is that we're in ancient coin I would be forced to say it has a wonderful desert patina. I quests I can say that IHC has a wonderful beach patina. Again, that's a great find. You should be pleased. :)
