Hi all, In continuation with my earlier thread from today.. I had a pretty good Metal Detecting hunt at Coney Island's Brighton Beach. 6 hour Hunt to be exact. Here are my totals 25C - 31 each 10C - 22 each 5C - 17 each 1C - 67 each Indian Head Cent - 1 dated 1876 Hindu Token (I think) Vintage NYC Subway Token 2 - NYC Aquarium Elongated Cents 4 - Misc Metal
That's a long day for detecting. At least the weather was nice. And what a haul. You would make a good commercial for selling detectors.
Paddy, after looking at that beach picture again all I can think of is that we're in ancient coin I would be forced to say it has a wonderful desert patina. I quests I can say that IHC has a wonderful beach patina. Again, that's a great find. You should be pleased.
