I have bought about 24 of these coins to clean up in the past month as I had finished my very large lots of "unsearched" ones. I picked the 24 out because of the details underneath and suspect most will get VF or higher when finished. I found some nice and unusual pieces and the prices are so much nicer as most don't want to clean their own coins.
EGYPT. ALEXANDRIA. POTIN TETRADRACHM 20MM . 7.86G I like tets and nike

    ROMAN AE 4 12MM . 1.06G $3 what else to say
    20.jpg
ARABIA. PETRA. HADRIAN AE 25 25MM . 11.92G I bought because of the great details and unusual reverse.
    21.jpg
    ARABIA. PETRA. ELAGABALUS. AE 19 19MM . 6.10G an example I didn't have 22.jpg
PTOLEMAIC KINGDOM. PTOLEMY II AE 18. BEAUTIFUL AS FOUND 18MM . 3.84G I think will clean up nice with a sharp eagle
    23.jpg
Arcadius, 383-408 AD. AE Obverse: D N ARCADIVS P F AVG, pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust right. Reverse: CONCOR-DIA AVGGG, cross. Fine.0.8 g-10.1 mm

Don't see a lot of crosses on Roman coins.

Very cool. I've only bought a few uncleaned lots that are all LRBs. I would love to be able to clean up some older coins.

Actually, coins of Theodosius II with crosses on the reverse are quite common. They date from 415-425 CE. If you even buy a bulk lot of small, 5th century bronzes, about 1/4 to 1/3 of them are likely to be TheoII crosses.

Usually, though, there is no reverse legend. Your coin has the legend CONCORDIA on the reverse. From the photo, it appears to be minted by Arcadius. So it's much less common. The fact that it has a complete mint mark makes it even more special. Congratulations on a neat score.

Justin Lee I learn by doing

I see an Honorius, Victory dragging captive with Chi-Rho.

I've been considering creating a deep set of this type from the emperors who minted them and various mints and styles, similar to how Randy is with his FTR FH.

Here's my similar Arcadius w/ Cross:
