Yes, I have lots of those semi unknown India coins. I just like them as they are so primitive and almost other worldly.

I keep buying these silver coins, have them labeled as "225-650 Sasanian 1 drachm"

 

That sounds about right. I have mine labeled "Gadhaiya Paisa" but looking at Numista, it is Sasanian

That's what the ebay sellers in India call them, Gadhaiya Paisa. I like buying from them, as long as I watch carefully what I am doing. Those guys work hard and most of the time sell quality stuff fairly cheaply.
