Looking at you last post/photos it looks like a bunch of extra I's floating around in the field but it's not possible.
Nickels are tough even in hand. Because of the hardness of the nickel it causes many problems to the dies. I really can't help I am not seeing what you are asking. In most cases you can chalk it up to die deterioration.
Can you please help me understand the 1969 s & d penny? I'm so new at this and I don't understand what 1969 error is. Thank you for any help
