1950 Lincoln cent question ?

I have a 1950 wheat cent one side is completely worn the other side is untouched except for discoloration what haven't here has it sat on the reverse its entire life ?

Maybe the obverse looked like that too, so someone tried to clean it?

 

Stuck in a dryer tumbler with obverse facing the clothes until it worked it's way out?
