That coin was actually issued after George V died under Edward VIII

And are there any coins with portrait of Edward VIII?

Edward VIII abdicated before his portrait had been officially approved and thus no circulating coinage was ever issued with his portrait. (Traditionally coinage is not usually issued with the monarch's portrait until they've been coronated; Edward VIII adbdicated before he was due to be coronated, at which point his brother, George VI, was coronated instead.) Some patterns exist with his portrait though, and some Commonwealth countries and colonies issued coinage that had his name, but no portrait.
