    My son came to visit and brought me two coins a buffalo nickel and this one I can't figure out what it is it has a date and trust on it that I can tell.

    It's a nickel that was likely run over by a train or was otherwise placed beneath some kind of heavy weight or equipment. The nickel was elongated beyond its normal diameter wherein it was flattened and distorted. The end of Terminator (1984) comes to mind with whatever may have happened to it.
