hmm well i never..... http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&Item=160198168027&Category=3389&_trksid=p3907.m29 http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170184276389&_trksid=p2759.l1259 nope.. it wasnt an accident, they are two different sellers. I emailed him and asked if their was a logical explanation for this. Just to show him that someone has noticed.. then again.... both of them are 100% positive feedback.. hmmm curious
I would be reasonably sure that your fist listing has copied the picture from the second listing - or possibly, they both copied it from a 3rd. I have probably caught over 10 copied pictures. Most of the time, the original poster does nothing. eBay will not do anything unless the OP files the complaint.
Both sellers are located in Bowmanville, Ontario. So I assume its the same seller. I just dont see the point of needing two names to sell on. I can see why people have two account, as long as ones to buy and ones to sell. But certaintly cant figure out why they would need two accounts to sell from.
This could be the "Sybil" effect going on here. Rare, but known to happen on ebay where a seller has at least two distinct personalities. In this case 2 of him listed same coin without the others knowledge or consent. It gets real interesting when he/they have to ship said coin. Tragic.
what are the possibilities that they both put the quarter in the same position, with the same lighting, same setup, and same camera? yes, my thoughts exactly: 1 in Never.
Can't help it. I can imagine this person listening to an old song by the Tubes in which Cathy's Clone (or is it Cathy?) states. "sometimes I get confused I get confused which one of us is me? who has the final say?" That's really deep if you have the Sybil syndrome
They could still be different people. I copy pics from Ebay all the time when i sell coins and such. Usually nothing personal like in these auctions, but stock photos of mint products and such i will. I do not take very good pics of my coins, and would not want to do a diservice to the coins lol
