No. That is not an NGC number. If you are trying to say that the first set of numbers indicates the date and/or series of the coin, they do not.

Not quite understanding why the sale price at auction was so low, if that is one of the 1874 restrikes.... and in MS68 thats GOT to be a Bashlow I would think. Im confused....
