That is right. Laura Sperber at Legend has become a rockstar in Numismatics, and the Penny Lady is no slouch.
There are many great women in this hobby. Charmy the Penny Lady is a member here and President of WIN. http://www.womeninnumismatics.com/ They have a meeting at the Fun Show each January in Florida. It's in Orlando this year. Lots of fun folks. The Fun coin show is a great way to see just how many women are in this hobby, both dealers and collectors. http://www.funtopics.com/fun-convention.html
Thank you very much I really appreciate that makes me feel alot better about doing this I really needed to come up with a hobby that would never get old. And this is what all I could come up with. It's fun you never know what you're going to get. Like opening up a gift or box of chocolates lol I search through rolls. This keeps me very occupied.
Hey S94, help us oldtimers with the new gens by keeping our common hobby intact for decades to come. You are the exception to the rule of the most newest gens. around I applaud you for that. TammiGee (actually my old doggies name) Oh and when I discover my next VAM I will name it after you.......
If you really like opening gifts, just wait 'til you get your 1st truly unsearched bank sack'o'5000 wheaties. I pick up the remnants of my first sack and get surprised every time after getting it back in 1995. I'm nuts but I love too reach into it blindly just to see what comes out and to imagine the last person who had held that coin in their hand and what they spent it on.
