Picked this up in a group of culls/slicks, it looks to me like there's a mint mark just under Dime. If it's an S, it's a key date (mintage of 60,000.) If it's an O, well, that's fine, but not as exciting by far. It's so worn, it could be PMD or just a trick of the light. What do you think? Is there any way to tell which mint produced this coin?
The o would be below the wreath plus the o is round not oval. I stand corrected the 60 o is below the wreath not the 59 o there were two different mm styles also used a med and sm o
