1909S PMD or Die issue

    Recently recieved this wheat cent as part of an OLD collection. It had probably been in a book for 70 years. Anyhow, wondering about the damage at 4 o'clock.

    I would defer to more knowledgeable minds, but that "S" seems to have significantly less wear than any other part of the coin.
