A while ago I dreamed that I purchased a first aid kit from PCGS. It was sky blue colored (like the labels) and even had the PCGS logo on it...

I think @paddyman98 was having bad twilightzone-type dreams last week.
But it may have been real and online here.

Mine have mostly been "oh look that register drawer is full of early-1900s silver, I need to buy it all out of there, let me get my wallet, WHY CAN'T I GET MY WALLET OUT"...

Actually, yes. I dreamt many times over that I had my coins squirreled away in a desk and each time I dreamt there was a little bit more and more missing after each. Once everything was gone, the dreams stopped.
On another note I was watching the "Blue & The Gray" with Stacey Keach the other night. He was a spotter/scout for the North, and had re-curring dreams that turned out happening. His last dream was shortly before Lincoln was assassinated where he dreamt two coins were being placed on someone's eyes that had died. He rushed to Lincoln only to walk in when the coins were being placed on his eyes after he died. Very strange premonitions. dreams.

Not weird: I have recurring dreams of finding money.

Always coins, nothing numismatic. Never more than a fistful.

Probably based on reality: I've found money since I was a child. Pay phones, vending machines, sidewalks, beaches, venues, parking areas, you-name-it.

It's a habit that continues to this day. And so do the dreams.

A PCGS first aid kit? Would this be for doctoring coins?

I've had too many coin related dreams to count; in fact I've had four seperate dreams where a coin store opens in my high school. Another dream I had was where I was looking through a box of dimes, but for some reason they all had the morgan design on them. Almost exactly like this one.

Though I think the best dream I had was where I was exploring the creek behind my church (Me and some friends went bottle digging there during a BSA campout a couple days prior) and I found a massive hoard of Pre33 gold. The more I took, the more there was; it was almost like the dirt there just became gold coinage.

Been looking it up, symbolism of Coins. Loads of meanings. Coin dreams may be related to Health and Wealth. Could connect with Good Luck. -"The two sides of a coin can represent duality in life. It may be a sign of duality between inner and outer, death and life. These things cannot exist without the other."- And, inevitably, Dr. Freud ? Well, that's quite another story !!!

As a young man the answer was unquestionably girls. Now at my age.... It is the coins.

When I think about how many coins I could have had after 43 years and two relationships, I would have thrown both mama's from the train. I did get two good sons though. And at 40 and 36 neither of them seems to want to make the same mistakes.
