I m new to this game but I think This guy has a few things going on. On front Liberty and Date appear to be some Flattening. If you look at the tIl on the R there may be a Crack that runs right down to Georges Ponytail. I used rag and Dawn to clean it still there. On back. More flattening on some letters.
