1999 Misprinted Dollar Bill Worth

    Although this has been mis-cut to a wider degree than some, in order for it to have value it would need to be missing much more of the design. And condition is everything with bills. Sorry but this one is a spender.

    Looks like somebody did Origami with that bill and then undid it. Too many folds :yack:

    Cool find. Technically it's not miscut since the reverse looks centered. I think it's called an offset print or misaligned print error. One of the paper will correct me and provide the correct terminology

    As others have said, it needs to be more dramatic to have some collector interest and the condition is really working against you. However, knowing that it's unlikely to ever be worth much more than face value, I would still keep it if I found it in change. Nothing wrong with keeping it if you like it

    Yep, you are right. I was not considering the centering of the opposite side.

    Yes it's off center. (Because the reverse is centered.)
    Mistakenly called miscut by me and everyone.
