Kinda but opposite side I'm do little more research lol Mine is more of a thickness like a ddo u can tell it's an extra piece
It takes time to learn this hobby just about the time I think I have it figured out then I realize I don't no anything LOL you will get it in time like everybody else that commits to it. Dave
Flat and shelf-like. Letters appear slightly thinner (not super obvious but look closely). Those are characteristics of MD. Obvious question: Did it match up with anything on Variety Vista or Wexler's Doubled Dies? Those should always be your #1 stop. While it's still possible to find new DDs, most unattributed are of the "micro" variety where you need a good microscope to see them.
Clearly flat and shelf-like. MD Once you see a real doubled die (One that is more than just garbage minor stuff) you will know for sure.
This should help you in determining MD vs DDO. Your coin exhibits flat, shelf-like doubling with no notching. DDOs generally look very different from MD coins. Here are a couple of my photos of DDOs to help you see what they really look like. @ldhair
I'm pretty good at rpms lol I found an 82 ddo today I'd bet my last dollar on it but can't tell life ofor me which one lol
