Yes I couldn't tell from the photo and would also be in the F-15 range.
Better clear, close up photos to determine if it's VF or falls short.

 

The "LIBERTY" on the band is complete
but weak. About 80-90% strength.

 

Great start if your just starting a barber dime collection. Better then any i own. Yeah for you

 

Wouldn’t surprise me to see it slab at VF20. It’s a really nice looking specimen. Good on you!

Are the streaks on the face, on the coin or on the
plastic window of the holder? If on the coin then
the coin will come back "Details" and grading fees
were wasted. The only reason to TPG the coin is
to protect it from further damage/abuse.

 

I don't believe it has been graded.

 

I don't think he wants to.

 

I've got one in VG-8 that I bought for $20. I would grade yours at F12. It is probably worth $25 at most.
