1970 S , S/S RPM ?

I spent some time with the cameras looking at a 1970 S. There is some suggestion of a RPM S/S just north and a tad bit east on the mint mark. The top of the 7 in the date appears to have a flat shelf north, most likely from some machine or die aging but the mint mark is odd.
