It's amazing what someone without morals will try. More amazing the someone may fall for it. I was dealing with a single woman that "Fell in Love" with a guy online in Nigeria. After all the warnings by about every radio/tv station, newspaper, and magazine...she still believed he loved her. Ended up sending him $800,000 over the space of 6 months. Like they say, the two things that make a sale is Need & Greed.
Ouch.... However, and in this case I hate to play devil's advocate, not all sellers of such junk lack morals, especially in today's world. It's just as if not more likely they're simply ignorant and running with the same assumption we see here daily: because a coin is somehow different it must therefore be valuable. Its certainly sad and most unfortunate, particularly for potential buyers, but it's growing harder to have sympathy for anyone who refuses to do just a little homework before parting with their cash, especially considering there's is so much info instantly available today.
Good work if you can get it - $0.01 for material, two good whacks with a rectangular punch and hand sledge - $9.99 profit
