It's not aluminum. They weren't made in San Fran. It would weigh very light. They were never issued as money. Even if one were to turn up, I believe the last one was confiscated. Your coin is a normal 1974-S business strike, with perhaps some crud on it .01 cent. Your coin doesn't look like the color of aluminum.

Be glad it’s not an aluminum cent. The feds would take it away from you at their earliest possible convenience — without compensation.
I wonder if there's a new You Tube video confusing people about the rare 1974 aluminum cent. CHECK YOUR POCKET CHANGE NOW!
Whoever wrote that book, along with the YouTube idiots who promote this garbage, ought to be lined up against a wall and machine gunned.
That term idiots again. I thought that kind of talk wasn't allowed. I believe I was banned for something similar. Perhaps it's allowed according to accrued prestige?
The term as used above was not directed towards members , which is what the rules say. Try reading them it will help you to not repeat any past problem.
@Anthony Rojas This is the same Cent you created another thread on a few days ago. I told you that it looks like some lacquer was applied to it. Maybe nail polish
