Help to identify error and value and

I’ve been going through some coins my dad collected and found this error. I would appreciate any help with identifying the type of error and determining how much it might be worth.
Just to specify its between the B and E of LIBERTY.

Die chip. It's common. No real added value.

 

I’ve seen pictures of die chips online but nothing aligned right between two letters and an almost perfect triangle shape.

Do a search for "b-i-e" errors
