1969 No mint mark DDO lincoln cent ?

    I found this really rough 1969 lincoln cent yesterday and although it's really really rough I couldn't help noticing that it has raised doubling like the 1969s on the date ... So does anyone know if the no mint mark 1969 cents has a doubled die out there ?
