Zit or PMD?

At first the zit looked like PMD being just above the nose and near some PMD streaks.
After looking at it from the sides, it looks like it has been there from the start.
Possible die chip, PMD, or zit? There might be two zits.

Thanks Matt, that's what I figured. It's still funny to look at so I'll keep it.
