    Definition of pareidolia. : the tendency to perceive a specific, often meaningful image in a random or ambiguous visual pattern. The scientific explanation for some people is pareidolia, or the human ability to see shapes or make pictures out of randomness. Think of the Rorschach inkblot test.

    Hi, what most likely happened, was your coin took a hit there during circulation. In order to have the building stick out on the coin, the die used to strike the coin has to be inverted. There’s no real possibility on how anything like this could’ve happened during the minting process. I’m afraid it’s not an error.
