I am far from an expert on doubling, but in order for it to be a DDR you would need to see some doubling somewhere. Where is it specifically that you see doubling on the reverse?
Cropping your photos is a big help. The damage to the cent is detouring me from looking any closer. But, tis the transformation to a better collector. These dates aren't looked at to often because of the abuse they received in public.
