FWIW, this is the 1st 1880 S ive owned with a nice (displaced field) die break. Extending from chin to rim....Ive owned quite a few of these too !!
@Beefer518 takes this round !! I paid $150... It was lying reverse up in a dealers case at the show. Sporting a $160 price tag so i figured the grade wasnt very high before i got my hands on it. It has some chatter in the fields, which, to me helps authenticate the originality of the toning. Definitely sat in a bank bag for multiple years, maybe even in Redfields basement(?)
And I'll pass the posting honors to whomever (whoever?) would like. I just needed a point to keep a cushion from @ddddd Floor is open...

I’ll give @Beefer518 another chance to pad the lead by posting the following Morgan. Guide in MS 66 is in the $180-$220 range. Since @heavycam.monstervam is not allowed to guess this round, I’ll change up things a bit....if no one is within $40 of the price paid, he wins the round.
@Lehigh96 @ddoomm1 @IBetASilverDollar And feel free to tag someone else as you post....let’s spark some more participation
