War time nickel

    I have acquired this 1943 P nickel that looks to me to have a die break or something - any thoughts on this one?

    Appears to be a lamination, (more than 1) which is common to that series and alloy.
    Wait for someone who knows more about it. It's not going to be super valuable, but it is more valuable than a die crack.

    Get a METAL detector, they detect much more than just medals.
