Maybe Frank drives a Ford with all the emblems removed?

physics-fan3.14 You got any more of them.... prooflikes?

I am really surprised this didn't get a PL, unless the fields in hand look quite a bit different than the pictures. That should definitely be a PL!

This did kinda upgrade. It was a NGC MS62 PL

You can send it in for a designation review. You won't lose the grade and in my opinion should have had the PL to begin with. NGC might have just dropped the ball on accident on this one.

How do I do that? Not a big deal to me either way, but would curious to see if it comes back as PL.

On the NGC submission form, there is a section for Designation Review. I believe it's $12.00 and it has to be done by itself or with with other coins going in for designation review. So you're still paying for separate shipping and an $8.00 fee.

From these images, I can see that it does look borderline PL. I wonder if I was misremembering it from 2016. It's still a very nice Morgan with super flashy fields and nice frosty devices. It's a keeper in my book.

I think he said it was a 62PL, so i guess it is a coin flip

No I bought it graded of course as a 62PL and cracked it out to have it raw in my Dansco Morgan Book, then just recently, decided to switch courses and decide to proceed with a graded Morgan collection. So that's where we are now in having this one graded. I have a handful more of raw Morgan's that I will need to get rid of and buy graded versions. This is the only one I have I felt was worth actually grading.
